Kinesiology for Adults

If you're a mum, you probably know the feeling. You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. You're snapping at the people you love and then feeling guilty about it. Your mind won't switch off, or you feel flat, foggy and disconnected from yourself.

Nothing is wrong with you. Often this is a nervous system that has been carrying a lot for a long time: the mental load, the early mornings, the worry, the constant giving. Your body has been doing its best to keep up.

Many of my clients know me through my work with children. I also work with adults, and especially with mothers, who often tell me they're the last person on their own list.

Nervous System Support for Women who give so much

Is this for you?

You might feel drawn to Kinesiology if you notice…

  • Overwhelm that seems to come out of nowhere, or a short fuse you don't recognise

  • Anxiety, racing thoughts or a body that never quite relaxes

  • Exhaustion, even when you're doing "all the right things"

  • Trouble switching off at night, or waking at 3am with your mind running

  • Feeling stuck in survival mode, just getting through the day

  • Carrying your children's big emotions as well as your own

  • A sense that you've lost yourself somewhere in the busyness of motherhood

My Approach

You won't be rushed, judged or told to "just relax." Your story matters, and your pace matters.

My work is built on the idea that how you feel, react and cope is communication from your nervous system, not a personal failing. When we support the nervous system, things like emotional reactivity, sleep, focus and resilience often have more room to shift.

I've worked with families for years, so I understand the weight mothers carry. I see the whole picture, including what life is asking of you right now.

You don't have to hold it all anymore. Let's support your nervous system so you can support everyone else with the overflow.

I generally suggest a minimum of 3 sessions for new clients. Whilst some improvement is generally experienced within the first 1 or 2 sessions; 3 is the perfect amount to really begin seeing lasting change and results on a deeper level.
