Bloom Teen Mentoring

1:1 teen mentoring. A 12 week journey with your teen, helping them build resilience, self esteem and developing a tool kit of strategies for coping with stress and emotional release.
Combining Kinesiology Balances and Coaching over Voxer, I will support your teen to open up, release whatever stresses they are carrying, and to recalibrate their nervous systems as we work through and issues or goals they may have.

Children's Package

When our children are out of alignment, not only will it affect the entire household, but it also affects their emotional wellbeing, their physical health, or their behaviour.
We can generally see an improvement in their symptoms after one session; However, working with me over 3 sessions will help to take their healing to a deeper level, getting to the root cause of the issue and allowing them to fully release and heal it.
Some common issues that Kinesiology can be of benefit: Sleep issues, Behaviour, Learning, Focus and concentration, Emotions, Mood, Bed wetting, Immune system, General health and well-being.

Kinesiology is a fantastic tool to calm your nervous system, identify and release trapped emotions, pain and trauma, and bring you back into alignment with your highest self, the person you are at you most happy and healthy!
Follow Up Appointment

When we are out of alignment with our highest self, issues start to present in our physical, mental and emotional bodies. These can be any number of issues. Kinesiology is a fantastic tool to calm your nervous system, identify and release trapped emotions, pain and trauma, and bring you back into alignment with your highest self, the person you are at you most happy and healthy! Sometimes, depending on the level of trauma, or the length of time you’ve been living with an issue, there can be layers of suppression. This could require more than one session in order to work through. Regular kinesiology sessions are also a great way to fill your cup and a beautiful self care tool.
Child Under 12 Initial Appointment

Giving a voice to the underlying cause of your child’s behaviour/anxiety/sleep/learning issues, quite often what we see is only a symptom of what’s really going on for them mentally, emotionally and physically. Suitable for newborns right up to 12yr olds. Initial consultations go for approx 45-60 mins depending on your child’s needs.
Child Under 12 Follow Up Appointment

Parent and Child Session

Our children mirror our behaviour. If we are relaxed, they are relaxed. If we are stressed/anxious/irritable, so are our children. Gain a better understanding of how and why your child is reacting to your behaviour (and vice versa). In a 60 - 90 min session, we will balance both you and your child's physical/emotional stress, so that both of you are calm, grounded and no longer triggering one another's behaviour. Create a balanced, calm household by realigning your nervous systems. Suitable for children of any age. Snacks/toys/devices welcome.
Sibling Session
$170
Once your children have had an initial consultation, a combined session for two children is a way to make their kinesiology sessions more cost effective. Each child will get a 45 min session, whilst the other waits in the room with you. Ipads, toys, books, snacks etc are always welcome to help make the waiting time go faster.
